Event FAQ’s
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE EVENT DAY?
- It is our goal to get children outdoors, active and having fun!
- DIY Event: Your school or club will create their own track, run their own event day, and give the children a fun & colourful experience.
- HOSTED Event: Our Fundraise For School and Clubs team creates, brings, and sets up an amazing track that features 5 colour stations, an obstacle course, inflatables, a bubble station, and much more!
WHAT DO WE NEED TO SEND WITH OUR CHILD?
- Whilst this topic is generally at the discretion of your school or club, we have a few suggestions that may be helpful:
- 1. Pack your child a change of clothes to wear during the event. This allows them to keep their school or club uniform clean as well as allows them to be able to change back into their uniform before heading back to class or home. For example: a t-shirt and pair of shorts they are happy to get colourful! We suggest wearing white clothing as the colour will show up the best on white.
- 2. Pack your child a towel. This can be for sitting on in class, or in the car on the way home.
- *Each school or club will have different preferences and directives on this subject. We suggest you check the relevant requirements your school or club has set surrounding this topic.
WHAT DOES MY CHILD RECEIVE ON THE DAY?
- On top of their event day, fundraising and incentive program inclusions, our student packages include a generous share of our non-toxic colour powder, a colourful headband, a pair of colourful UV400 sunglasses, and a specially designed Colour Blast finisher medal for all registered participants. The Colour Blast gift inclusions are great keepsakes. They LOVE to show off their finisher medal!
DOES THE COLOUR WASH OUT?
- Yes! Our colour powder has been specially formulated to wash out. Having said this, we have seen the occasional item stay colourful (usually if it is unsealed or bleached material). For this reason, we suggest only sending your child with clothing you are happy to get colourful.
ARE THE COLOUR AND BUBBLES SAFE?
- Yes, we can confirm our products are 100% safe, as well as environmentally friendly. Our formulas are gluten-free, do not contain any allergens, and do not pose a respiratory hazard. For more information and material safety data sheets, please see our website. https://colourblast.com.au/safety/
