WHAT IS A COLOUR BLAST EVENT?

down

A Colour Blast event promotes physical activity, fosters community and camaraderie, creates fun-filled moments, brings smiles, and spreads colourful happiness to its participants. It allows individuals to engage in outdoor activities, enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, and create lasting memories together. Whether it’s running through colour stations, navigating an obstacle course, or simply revelling in the joy of the event, Colour Blast brings people together to experience a day filled with excitement and energy.

WHAT DO WE NEED FOR THE EVENT?

down

When preparing for the event, it's important to consider a few items to bring along. However, please note that the specific requirements may vary depending on the organisation. We can provide some general suggestions:

1.Wear shoes and clothing that you don't mind getting colourful. We suggest opting for white garments, as the colours will appear more vibrant on white fabric.

2.Packing a towel can be helpful for various purposes, such as cleaning off after the event or for use during the car ride home.

It is advisable to check the requirements or specific instructions provided by your organisation regarding what to bring for the event. They will have the necessary information to ensure you are properly prepared and equipped for the event.

DOES THE COLOUR WASH OUT?

down

Yes! Our specially formulated colour powder is designed to wash out. However, it's important to note that in rare cases, some items may retain a slight tint if they are unsealed or made of bleached material. Therefore, we recommend wearing clothing you don't mind getting colourful to ensure the best experience.

ARE OUR PRODUCTS SAFE?

down

Absolutely! We are committed to providing products that are both safe and environmentally responsible. Our Colour Blast powder is gluten-free, allergen-free, and formulated to pose minimal respiratory hazards. For more detailed product information, including our Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), please visit www.colourblast.com.au/msds. Please note that some organisations running DIY events may choose to use additional products, such as slime or bubble fluid, that are not supplied by Colour Blast. If you require safety information or Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for these additional products, please contact your organisation directly, as they will be able to provide the relevant information.

HOW DO PARTICIPANTS ENGAGE IN FUNDRAISING?

down

Each organisation will have a customised fundraising website designed specifically for their event. The organisation will provide detailed instructions on registering and initiating the fundraising process. Upon registration, each participant will be given a unique fundraising link. This link can be shared with friends and family, enabling them to make donations and contribute towards your individual fundraising efforts, as well as support the fundraising goals of the school or club.

IS THE WEBSITE SAFE FOR CHILDREN?

down

Our fundraising platform is designed with stringent safety measures. We employ restricted search features and modify naming conventions, displaying only your child's first name, the initial of their last name, and their class code. We can provide further name alteration options in unique cases where additional measures are necessary. There are no photographs of participants on the fundraising platform.

WHERE DOES THE FUNDRAISING MONEY GO?

down

Fundraising plays a vital role in supporting various initiatives for schools and clubs. The Colour Blast fundraising platform is known for its generosity within the fundraising community. Funds raised from Colour Blast school fundraising events have contributed to initiatives such as acquiring new sporting equipment, organising enriching excursions, improving facilities, and more! To gain specific details about your organisation's fundraising objectives, we recommend contacting them directly for clarification.

WHEN DOES FUNDRAISING END?

down

The live countdown displayed on the fundraiser dashboard, participant fundraising page, and your organisation's main fundraising page reflects the standard fundraising campaign close time. Please note that some organisations may choose to implement an earlier internal fundraising deadline for administrative, prize, or event planning purposes. For this reason, we recommend referring to any correspondence provided by your organisation and confirming their fundraising close date directly with them to ensure you are working to the correct deadline.
