Fundraise for Schools and Clubs offer a one-of-a-kind program to assist you to handle everything before, leading up to and on you Colour Blast event day.
BEFORE AND ON YOUR EVENT DAY WE HANDLE AND ORGANISE:
The participant registration process – set up, maintenance, school and club support plus MORE!
The fundraising platform process – set up, maintenance, donation support plus MORE!
Reporting – set up, maintenance, and guidance to ensure participants are looked after and included.
WE ALSO HANDLE AND ORGANISE:
The track layout – Colour Station and obstacle structure along with all the relevant safety and enjoyment elements to ensure your children have the BEST time running around the track.
The event day schedule – Using our expert knowledge we can structure how the event day times should flow. For example, when to run specific age groups and for how long. We organise the event so it will run seamlessly and effortlessly for your school.
The full event set-up – Our team will set up everything you need for your event day.
The hosting, warm-ups & games – Our team is experienced in working with children. We conduct interactive warm-up games and activities that will engage the children, as well as prepare them for the fun run.
Facilitation of the event- Our team are experienced in facilitating Colour Blast school and club events. We will liaise with teaching staff, P&C members and club directors to ensure the day runs smoothly from start to finish.
The full event pack up – Our team pack up everything after your wonderful event day has finished.

– Music speakers around the track – the kids LOVE this! It adds to the fun and atmosphere of the event.
– Foam cannon & bubble station – The most loved station in our Colour Frenzy public events across Australia, bubbles everywhere!
– Inflatable obstacles – the children love to crawl under, climb over or step through the awesome inflatable obstacles that we include in the course.
– Start and finish line flags, colour station flags, presenters stage, marquees, AV equipment, plus MORE!
Our HOSTED service takes the pressure off busy teachers, P&C members, parents, club directors and support staff when running a fundraising event of this nature.
NOT HOLDING A FUNDRAISER?
Not wanting to or don’t need to fundraise? Would prefer the event on its own?
EVENT ONLY OPTION
No worries! We can provide our HOSTED events as an event only and remove the fundraising component. Easy!
