How to choose your inclusions
Step 1: Determine what inclusions your participants would like
Choose what each participant will receive from our list of inclusions below. Choose as little or as much as you like! These items double as keepsakes and can even be enjoyed after the event day is over.
There is no doubt about it, and participants love the Colour Blast inclusions!
Pro Tip: Adding sunglasses is a great way to ensure you fulfil any risk assessment requirements relating to eye protection.
Step 2: Select the desired inclusions
Review the list of inclusions provided and decide which ones you want to offer to your participants. For each inclusion, indicate whether you want to include it or not. Keep in mind that if you select "yes" for an inclusion, the system will allocate one item to each participant.
Example: If you select ‘yes’ to sunglasses and have listed 435 students/members in your school/club, you will be quoted for one pair of sunglasses per student/member. Therefore, you will be quoted for 435 sunglasses.
Step 3: View the cost
We pride ourselves on transparency and don’t hide behind percentages. Our costs, fees, and charges are visible at every stage of the Build-A-Blast process.
Step 4: Confirm the inclusions and their qty and costs
Having an accurate number of participants (students/members) will lead to an accurate quote.
Step 5: Confirm the participant’s cost
So you are informed and can plan accordingly, we make it easy to see the exact cost per participant. Once you have completed and confirmed the inclusions, see the total participant cost at the bottom of the inclusion list.
