Fundraise For organisation provide a safe and effective platform to host, manage, and track your Colour Blast fundraising.

Our peer-to-peer platform is proudly Australian-owned, child secure, meets cyber safety, security, and privacy benchmarks, and is user-friendly for organisation, parents, members, and donors.

Peer to Peer Fundraising can earn up to 95% fundraising back to your organisation


In addition to our peer-to-pear fundraising option, We offer organisations the option to fundraise through event registrations. This approach provides an alternative avenue for fundraising, allowing participants to contribute through the registration process.

Bookings are subject to location and date availability. Bookings work on a first-in, first-booked basis. The date you choose is not a placeholder or definitive booking.

Bookings are finalised with official booking documents provided by Fundraise For Schools and Clubs staff. Dates are made inactive on this calendar once the school completes the booking.

*Please note: the minimum number for a hosted event is 300 registered students. Bookings are subject to location and date availability. Hosted events are available for schools only.

Build-A-Blast understands the importance of offering organisations flexibility when managing the payment of costs associated with event inclusions. Organisers can select from a range of options to suit their specific needs. We recommend exploring multiple scenarios to determine the most suitable option for your organisation.

OPTION 1: Participant

The participant, or parent of the participant, pays a registration fee to cover the cost of the event inclusions. Charging a fee prevents over-purchasing and minimises waste, thus, saving your organisation money. Many organisation are embracing this approach to reduce the expenses associated with participant inclusions.

OPTION 2: Organisation

The organisation takes responsibility for covering the costs associated with the event and inclusions. This option enables organisation with access to financial resources such as grant funding, allocated funds, or sponsorships the opportunity to utilise these resources for payment.

We encourage organisers to explore these options and consider which one will align best with the specific requirements of the organisation. It is beneficial to try different scenarios and evaluate the outcomes to determine which option will work most effectively for your organisation.

OPTION 1: Charge to the participant/parent

Colour Blast gives you the unique option to either charge more to the participant then the cost of the Colour Blast event and do fundraising via registrations or you can charge less to the participant and sponsor part of the registration fee making it cheaper for the participant.

Please enter the fee you wish to charge the participant below to see the different options. we suggest trying a lower amount and a higher amount to see the changes in your overall fundraising settlement.

The fee you decide to charge the participant/their parent will be charged as an entry/registration fee at the time of registration.

OPTION 2: Charge the organisation

You have chosen OPTION 2: Charge the organisation.

Please see the total figure owing below. This total amount reflects the selected inclusions in step 2 multiplied by the number of participants listed in step 2.

The balance will be invoiced to the organisation for payment.

Once a participant register (no cost to register), they can immediately start fundraising via their unique fundraising link accessible on the fundraiser dashboard.

If you are not fundraising, please disregard the fundraising information.

OPTION 3: Deduct costs from funds raised

You have chosen OPTION 3: Deduct costs from funds raised.

Please see below the total amount to be deducted from the funds raised.

This total amount reflects the selected inclusions in step 2 multiplied by the number of participants listed in step 2.

This option requires your organisation and its participants to fundraise.

Once a participant register (no cost to register), they can immediately start fundraising via their unique fundraising link accessible on the fundraiser dashboard.

Sponsorships

If you have secured a sponsorship for your event, there is an option to enter the sponsorship figure below. When your fundraising campaign is activated, this amount will be payable to a sponsor's fundraising page connected to your organisation's dashboard.

GST Charge Options

We are obligated to charge GST on the goods or services we provide. GST is applicable to the 5% costs and administration fee we charge for our fundraising services.

If your school is able to claim back the GST you will be sent the relevant invoice at settlement to claim the GST.

Our experienced team assists schools with handling tasks before, during and on your Colour Blast event day. Registrations, reporting, track layout, event day schedule, event set up, event hosting, event facilitation, event pack up and more! We bring our complete event kit! Colour stations, obstacles, inflatables, av equipment, marquees, start/finish line arch, and the all-time favourite, our monster bubble machine! (+ much more!)

Event Date

You may have local business sponsor to help cover the fee or the school budget to allow for payment. In this case the total amount will invoiced direct to the school, If you wish to have fundraising pages for your students they will sign up with $0 fee

The total amount will be deducted from your fundraising before payout
